They make it very difficult to cancel your account, forcing you to either email them explaining why you want to cancel, or text/call them. No option to unsubscribe on the website. Pretty scammy.
I've been a subscriber for a few months, I passed on a couple of boxes that weren't for me and then gotten a couple of others. Every box has a great value compared to street value not just MSRP. High-quality name brand products and the option to skip.
I recently subscribed to Bespoke Post due to Covid-19 and constantly being stuck in my house with nothing to do. Not only are the items for your "box" curated every month and somewhat new and different, but you can swap their suggestion with whatever curated box fits your needs or desires for that month.
Each box is $45 flat, which includes shipping. You may then put add-ons into your cart that cost extra, but the site is very upfront about how much each add-on costs. There's a wide range of things from camping, weekending, comfortable clothes, kitchenware (my favorite category), technology and self-care. Lots of more rugged self-care items for you men (like beard oil, shaving sets and skin creams designed with men in mind). Cooking mixes, tiny cast iron skillets, etc.
So once you select your box, they'll lock you in around the 5th of each month (selection opens up the 1st). Once they ship your item, they charge you the $45 dollars (this is closer to the end of the month). They provide tracking and usually, I have no problems, but.. the last package I had got sidelined in GA somewhere and we couldn't locate it. I contacted their customer service over the issue. Not only were these guys polite, professional and timely, but they offered to ship me out an expedited box of what was lost free of charge AND add a $15 dollar credit toward my next box. So even though my box was a bit late (not a problem as I'm hoarding these as Christmas gifts), I still got my product in the end and they were very helpful.
They also give you the option to skip a month's box if none of the items spark your fancy, which is nice. Free of charge.
So if you're into kind of high-end items like knives, camping gear, kitchenware, or super comfortable vacation clothes, I'd recommend them!
